If customers require a certain number of promotional samples before production, we will charge a reasonable fee based on the actual order quantity. We will provide the samples to customers according to shipping sample standards, including proper packaging, before production.
Pre-production samples depend on the level of detail provided and the difficulty of fabric and accessories production. Generally, it takes about 10 days. Full production can be delivered within 45 days after pre-production sample confirmation.
