Step 1

Our design team creates professional mockups for review. Visualize colorways and logo placement on the jacket. Check proportions, pockets, sleeves, and hood. Provide feedback and adjustments. We iterate until you are fully satisfied. After approval, we proceed to sampling.
Step 3
We produce a physical sample after mockup approval. You can feel the fabric, test the fit and cut, and inspect stitching. Review finishing touches—zippers, hems, cuffs, labels. We ship the sample for inspection. Based on feedback, we refine the design and finalize technical specs.
Step 4
With sample approval, mass production begins: fabric sourcing, cutting and grading, and sewing per agreed construction. Quality control checks each piece for defects. Packaging includes folding or hanging, labeling, and packing per requirements. Shipping transports by sea, air, or road.

During the customization process, we provide reference sizing and workmanship samples, pre-production samples of all correct fabrics and accessories, workmanship, and printing and embroidery, as well as shipping samples for the completed full production. If customers require a certain number of promotional samples before production, we will charge a reasonable fee based on the actual order quantity. We will provide the samples to customers according to shipping sample standards, including proper packaging, before production.
Pre-production samples depend on the level of detail provided and the difficulty of fabric and accessories production. Generally, it takes about 10 days. Full production can be delivered within 45 days after pre-production sample confirmation.
